Terms of change

Products whose original box, packaging is damaged, lost resalability, cannot be purchased by another customer, and products damaged by the customer are not accepted.

In order to exchange a product, the product packaging and box appearance must be undamaged, the product must be in a new, resalable condition, and must not have been damaged by the customer.

When the products are delivered by us, the necessary controls are carried out. After these processes are completed, the product is replaced with a new one.

Return conditions

To return the product, the product packaging and box appearance must be undamaged, the product must be in a new, resalable condition, and must not have been damaged by the customer.

If the product has been used and the packaging is damaged, it is not possible to return the product.

The product is not returned in the following cases:

               1.      When the set of the product is not complete;

               2.      If there are signs of use, the appearance of the goods is damaged, seals or labels are missing;

               3.      If the goods are unused and not in original condition;

               4.      If the sales packaging, labels and markings of the goods have not been preserved;

               5.      If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt;

               6.      If the product assembly is not complete;

               7.      If the product is undamaged and unusable;

               8.      If programs are installed and activated when purchasing electronic devices;

               9.      If the original box, packaging is damaged;

              10.   Product return Products prohibited by the law "On protection of consumer rights" are not returnable. For example, personal hygiene items or perfume and cosmetic items;

When the products are delivered by us, the necessary controls are carried out. If the above-mentioned provisions are satisfied, the specified amount of the product is paid to you.

Note:

Returns are subject to a fee. At the time of return, the customer is required to pay the courier fee according to the area where he ordered the product. Otherwise, the product is not returned.

If there is any manufacturing defect in the product or if the product delivered to you does not match the pictures on the website, the product can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
