The consumer has the right to change the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products that have lost their original box, damaged packaging, resale, cannot be purchased by another customer and have been damaged by the customer are not accepted.

In order to make changes to the product, it is necessary that the product packaging and box appearance are not damaged, the product is in a new reusable condition and is not damaged by the customer.

Necessary inspections are carried out when the products are delivered by us. After the completion of these processes, the amount is paid to you.

Refund is paid. Upon return, an additional fee of 3%, 20% and 5% is required if the value of the product is up to 20%.

If the product does not match the description or pictures, it can be returned free of charge.
