Wash all parts (except the body) in warm water using dishwashing detergent. Before plugging the cord into the power outlet, make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the “OFF” position. Assembly instructions • Hold the body of the meat grinder head with one hand, insert it into the inlet, install the locking button on the side, tighten the body of the motor unit, turn it clockwise to fix the head. Install the auger body of the meat grinder by holding the long edge, carefully turning until the auger is fully seated in the motor body. Install the cross-shaped blade on the bar with the front side of the blade facing the front as shown. If the blade is not firmly attached, you will not be able to cut the meat. Place the desired chopping grid on the blade, aligning the groove in the grid with the lock on the meat grinder head. Support the center of the blade, grind or apply pressure with one finger, and then tighten the nut with the other hand until it is fully seated. Do not overtighten. Install the food container on the body of the meat grinder head and tighten it. Place the device on a solid surface and leave the air outlet hole at the bottom and side of the flat surface Motor block body empty.
